Lime plasters offer several advantages over cement mortars and gypsum plasters. They allow for movement in the building whilst their self healing nature reduces cracking. They are porous, which allows the building to breathe and thereby reduces condensation problems. Lime plasters can be used in traditional properties and new build and are designed to be used over cob, clay boards and reed mat.
