    A highly vapour open self-cleaning protective coating.  Baumit NanoporColour is a ready-to-use, dirt-repelling, mineral silicate paint, based on sodium silicate typically used for facades, it can also be used indoors.

    Baumit NanoporColour protects and enhances all types of façades surfaces and is suitable for use over old and new mineral and organic substrates such as renders, plasters and fillers, on concrete, in protection of historic monuments and refurbishment. Also suitable for renovation work and as a paint finish on external wall insulation systems.

    BaumitUniPrimer is a vapour open primer used to reduce and equalise the suction of substrates, to equalise the colour of the substrate, to enhance the water repellency of the substrate, to mprove adhesion and to enabling bonding to a wide range of substrates.

    BaumitUniPrimer can be used internally and externally

    It is suitable for application on to contact mortars, lime and cement based plasters/renders, concrete and well adhered mineral, silicate and masonry paints.

    Baumit UniPrimer should be well mixed before use, normally with a plaster whisk, and then applied evenly to the surface by brush or roller.

    When using rollers it is often useful to add up to 5% water as this method applies the primer more thickly.

    The primer should then be left for 24 hours before any further coating are applied.

    Yield*: 100 – 125 m²/25 kg bucket on base coats

    20 – 25 m²/5 kg bucket on base coats

    12 m²/5 kg bucket on render coats

    Consumption [m2]*: 0.2 – 0.25 kg/m² on base coats 0.40 kg/ m² on render coats

    *Approximately, dependent on the absorbency of the substrate

    Please remember that this product should only be used between 5C and 30oC and that humidity will affect drying times for this product.

    Solvent retention in dried coating is practically zero. A light odour of orange oil might be present for a while.

    Suitable for

    The dilution of LIVOS wood stains, varnishes, resin oil impregnations and LIVOS clear and covering varnishes. To brush out resin-rich wood before priming, cleaning of tools and equipment, as well as removing not yet dried stains.

    Technical qualities

    Clear, colourless, mild odour. Low surface tension that allows penetration into micro capillary systems such as wood, cork etc. Low interfacial tension facilitates the penetration into micro-capillary systems such as wood, cork, etc., and encourages the wetting of pigments and surface-active agents.

    A high yielding low VOC and elastic exterior paint for use on wood e.g. wooden framework, beams and planks, fences, etc. Not suitable for windows or, doors (use Vindo Gloss Paint) or  floors.     Available in 8 colours, other colors can be achieved by mixing with VINDO Natural Gloss Paint No. 629 in any ratio; the gloss level will be enhanced.

    Apply by brush or roller if spraying device dilute with max. 10% SVALOS Spray Thinner No. 293 always apply at temperatures above 12°C (54°F).

    One litre is sufficient for approximately 20 to 25 m² i.e. 44 ml/ m² per coat.
