  • Buy energy efficient building materials online, for next working day delivery, from Ecomerchant’s growing product range

Ecomerchant are set to expand the selection of eco-friendly and energy efficient building materials available to buy online. These are sold from stock for next working day delivery*.

The blend of online shopping and next day delivery puts Ecomerchant firmly in pole position as the UK’s leading environmental building supplies merchant. We are now expanding our buy online product range which is aimed at builders who need energy-efficient building materials delivered to their site – and fast.

Chris Newby, Ecomerchant’s General Manager, sees the potential. “Many of our customers are self-builders and spend a lot of time researching their build. Many of them are trying to keep down a day job too – and I really know how that feels as I am in the middle of a building project myself. Being able to buy stock items online, at a time that’s convenient to me, is a real plus and it saves money” Many of the Ecomerchant products sold online offer discounts of up to 20% over buying in store or from a traditional merchant.

If you are looking for new or replacement double and triple glazed timber windows, Ecomerchant are working hard to offer you online window shopping too. We will soon have standard sizes of triple and double glazed timber windows available for you to buy online.

We already stock a range of air tight membranes and tapes, natural insulation and rainwater goods online but we will soon have a wider selection for you to choose from. “One other serious plus for me,” continues Chris Newby, ”Is that I have a small and relatively inaccessible site, so ordering for next day delivery or just when I need the products saves a lot of grief.”

Ecomerchant have seen online sales increase by over 30% already this year, a trend that looks set to continue as more products become available to buy online. The excellent news for customers is that Ecomerchant do all this without compromising quality or customer service and all at a great price.

*Next working day delivery available on certain products only, subject to stock availability and time of placement of order. Please contact the office for verification of expected delivery dates.
